Learning the theoretical and practical data of the body functioning trains students’ eyes about the distinctive features of an individual, about the distribution of the masses, about rhytm, about tension points…
The whole combination of these parameters prepares to study movement and enables to elaborate and approach personal compositions which are more and more self-sufficient.
